About the role

An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and person centred individual to be part of something more with Brunelcare and become the Registered Manager of our Reablement & Support Centre opening in March 2020.

  • Managing a 24 bedded centre
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with all CQC requirements in the domains of Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring and Well Led
  • Providing effective leadership and management of around 40 employees

About you

  • Experience in working in the Health & Social Care area at a senior level – leading/managing teams, rota management, admission assessments etc
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • The ability to foster excellent relationships with stakeholders promoting a positive and professional approach
