We are currently recruiting for people passionate, caring individuals to provide quality support for individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health. Your role will require you to oversee and assist individuals to help them live independently and happily within their own homes. We have been an established business within the industry for over 13 years and everyone here acts as a team which means everyone gets involved where required. You will even regularly find the founder Joe meeting parents and going out to houses to visit individuals for a social visit.

We can offer you the upmost support, a work “family” and quality training (not to mention a cheeky Christmas hamper 😛 ).

In return all we ask is that you are a reliable team player, and flexible enough to adhere to a rota (including some unsociable hour shifts). Communication and consistency is the key to everything, especially when it comes to supporting individuals with sensory processing difficulties

Not qualified? No experience? No worries! As long as you are passionate about our services and our company ethos then we will provide you with our outstanding training and have you running the show in no time! In fact, some of the best Support Workers we’ve known have come from completely unrelated backgrounds and have thrived when working in our environment.

Essential Skills

  • Reliable
  • Caring. In addition to possibly physical and medical assistance you will also need to show care for the service user by interacting with and listening to them.

  • Great time keeping skills. Punctuality is key!
  • Outstanding communication skills

Desirable Skills

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (Desirable but not essential)
  • Driving licence with access to own transport
